You're at a crossroads you know. That friend you had from 14 years ago, she's a mother and a wife. That other friend from 18 years ago, she's a mother and a wife. Oh and that other friend you had from 22 years ago, she's a doctor now. So you know, you're at a crossroads now.

You know this already though, right? You already know that comparisons don't help make your decisions any faster, so you don't do it. But life, it's stopped for a few months now, and you can't help but wonder if you made that happen. Did you take a wrong turn and end up back where you started because you were supposed to, or because you had to, or both? It doesn't really matter how you got there though, only that this is where you are now. At a fork in the road, out of petrol and facing the rest of your journey on foot.

So where to next? What's your path? What were the things that you've always wanted, that you never got? And what are you trying to get? Questions questions questions. And still not any further down that road yet. It all feels significant and you know that, but that's about all you know. Standing at a crossroad, watching the traffic go by.
